- THE PAGANI HUAYRA....
The Zonda's characterful mix of the traditional and cutting edge is taken on to the next level by the Huayra, charismatic detailing like the leather straps holding the rear clamshell and wonderfully rich, opulent interior now distinctive Pagani styling ticks. The exposed springs and linkages for the gear selector are just one exquisitely
From 6.0 liters AMG managed to extract an astonishing 720hp. The power is converted to the rear wheels through a transverse sequential seven-speed gearbox with a dual plate clutch. The shifts are exactly as you would expect from a car like the Huayra’s. The performance is out of this world.
The other cool thing about the Huayra is the active aero features. The four flaps placed at the ends of the bodywork independently change the aerodynamic shape of the Huayra.
They constantly react to changing driver inputs and vehicle conditions, ensuring the minimum friction coefficient and the maximum down force. A special command unit receives and processes information about speed, yaw rate, lateral acceleration, steering angle and throttle position, and acts so as to sustain neutral behavior in all conditions, the correct aerodynamic roll and braking balance.
- PAGANI logo???
In a flashback, Pagani was fond of designing wood cars since he was 12. When he started his career by working at Lamborghini, he took part in development of the carbon-fiber chassis research car Countach Evoluzione and styled the production Countach 25 Anniversaries. It was until 1992 that his dream was materialized as he started designing his first super car. His countryman and childhood idol, J. M. Fangio, helped him secured the supply of Mercedes-Benz AMG V12 engines. The first production car, C8, was finished in 1998. In the same year, he also established his own company Pagani Composite Research, to make carbon-fiber parts for Lamborghini. Three years later, it was renamed to Modena Design, which also supplied other super cars and racing specialists, such as Dallara, Aprilia and Ferrari.
The Pagani logo can be easily identified like other car logos. The logo bears the complete name of its company and was designed in a more stylish way unlike other car logos. It completely presents prestige through its metallic badge. It shows an idea of being proud of its roots by having a large “P,” complete PAGANI name at the middle and an automobile Modena that says it all. The company logo had captured thousands of admirers from car aficionados along with other top car logos.
- FUTURE OF PAGANI??
*Pagani, the boutique Italian hypercar maker known to make the most expensive brand new car in the world, the Pagani Zonda HP Barchetta will soon make an electric car. According to reports, the owner and founder of the brand, Horacio Pagani has confirmed that the automaker will launch an electric car buy 2025. The Huayra, the hypercar that Pagani currently builds is it the end of its life cycle and will be replaced soon by a new hypercar too. That one though will not be electric and will use the same AMG sourced V12 naturally aspirated engine with a manual gearbox.
The new hypercar, which will be the Pagani Huayra replacement will supposedly be meeting emissions norms without having to opt for a hybrid powertrain or forced induction. The new engine will be made by just one person in the AMG factory as has always been the case and we expect it to be a work of art apaprt from sounding awesome and having enough power to shame a whole bunch of new age hybrid supercars. And of course, as with every Pagaini ever made, expect it to be absolutely stunning when it comes to attention to detail and sheer design.
